1. About Peggy

Peggy is a women's clothing brand based in India, offering western and ethnic wear along with size customisation and priority order services. All orders are currently processed and shipped within India only. All transactions are subject to Indian law.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing orders.

3. Products & Pricing

We take every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and textures may appear slightly different depending on your screen and device settings — this does not constitute a defect.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Peggy reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Orders already confirmed will be honoured at the original price.

4. Size Customisation

Peggy offers size customisation on select pieces. If you require a custom size, please contact us at Peggyindia652@gmail.com or on WhatsApp before placing your order. Custom and stitched-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged or cancelled once confirmed.

5. Priority & Express Orders

We offer priority-based ordering for customers who need their pieces urgently. Express courier delivery and same-day dispatch options are available — please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and applicable charges.

6. Order Confirmation & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including due to:

• Product unavailability or stock errors
• Pricing or description errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Non-deliverability to the provided address

In all such cases, you will be promptly notified and any amount paid will be refunded.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including brand name, logo, images, product designs, graphics, text, and layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of Peggy. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peggy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website or the products purchased. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
